District points rules
Version 1 · in force from 28 Oct 2026
Terms · Privacy · Community rules · Business listing agreement · Employer terms · Grievance officer
District points are a free thank-you from shops in your district that take part.
- How you earn. A shop that takes points adds them when you buy from it: usually 1 to 10 points for every ₹100 you spend. The shop decides how many.
- How you use them. At any shop that takes points in the same district, open My points on your phone and show the 6-digit code. 1 point = ₹1 off. Each shop decides how much of a bill points can cover.
- Points are not money. They cannot be bought, sold, given to someone else or exchanged for cash, and they are not a wallet or a deposit. Only you can use your points, after your mobile number is verified.
- Expiry. Points expire 12 months after you earn them.
- Changes. Shops can stop taking points at any time. Points given by mistake or by misuse may be cancelled. MyDistrict only keeps the record of points; any discount is given by the shop.
- Your data. We keep a record of your mobile number, the shop, the bill amount and the points, to show you your balance and to prevent misuse. See the Privacy notice.
